Don’t you just hate it when talented people are leapfrogged by those with dodgy ability but better contacts? Me too! Unfairness really winds me up and is the reason I started coaching high-ability and high-potential people.
I passionately believe in the progress of people who have been traditionally excluded from achieving what they can. I also understand the complex barriers that people face and the best strategies for overcoming them. Having a coach who empathises with you, and who will guide you through the process of reaching your goals, could make the difference that will transform your life.

Neurodiversity
Achievement depends upon a deep understanding of how people think and behave. It is only recently that we are starting to understand the importance of working to harness the skills and potential of people with different ways of thinking.
I started working successfully with people with autistic spectrum disorders (in particular Asperger’s) and ADHD many years ago and have since successfully enabled high-ability and high-potential neurodivergent people to move forward confidently to great things in their lives and careers.
A project-based approach is particularly suited to working with neurodivergent clients, since there is a clear and logical system in use. I work in a way that respects identity and preferences.
