Neurodiversity

Achievement depends upon a deep understanding of how people think and behave. It is only recently that we are staring to understand the importance of  working to harness the skills and potential of people with different ways of thinking.

I started working successfully with people with autistic spectrum disorders (in particular Asperger’s) and ADHD many years ago and have since successfully enabled people to move forward in their lives and careers.

A project-based approach is particularly suited to working with neurodiverse clients, since there is a clear and logical system in use. Of course, I also work in a way that respects their identity and preferences. People are idiosyncratic in the way that they see the world: everyone is different.

The range of issues for people ranges from career transition to personal fulfillment projects and dealing with change.  Some of the most dramatic leaps forward are made by neurodiverse people working with me and being coached effectively for the first time.
